By day, I am the founder of Minky where I am etching away at a couple of ideas. Prior to Minky, I worked at Microsoft as an evangelist and strategist for 5 years where I enjoyed solving problems holistically using my multidisciplinary background. I've also worked at Amazon and Purdue University in past lives.
I live with my wife, Pita, and our two cats, Izzy & Mango. Currently, we live near rainy Seattle in a house owned by a Weimaraner, Yoshi. I'm interested in a lot—from designing software to human peculiarities—and Rainypixels is my safe haven to indulge it all. If that sounds like your thing, grab a seat.

I have presented highly rated talks at conferences like Designing for User Experience, Webmaster Jam Session, MIX, SIGGRAPH, Web Visions, Web Design World, Refresh, & Cre8.
I also have a decade's worth of experience organizing high profile events like MIX, SIGGRAPH, DUX, & Build — from curating content to choreographing keynote addresses.
