And if you have more than 30 minutes to spare, and have a deeper interest in the question, "What is Creativity?", I highly recommend Csikszentmihalyi's book on the topic, Creativity: Flow and the Psychology of Discovery and Invention. It's the most compelling explanation of the topic I've found yet.
